Impact HVAC Solutions’ team members begin by completing a detailed inventory and assessment of all hvac equipment as well as the operating practices related to the operation of the central plant. We assess all central plant controls and all in suite and common area controls. We review all utility costs and maintenance costs to provide a baseline of expenses. We then provide the building owner with our findings. We will work with your local utility to access available funds for energy reduction upgrades in order to reduce the initial capital cost.
